With over 5 years of Pilates teaching experience and 15 years combined in developing her Pilates foundation, Julie doesn’t want to stop learning and growing. Her passion for all things fitness and wellness is embodied in her framework of creating classes that help others become healthy and strong in their own mind and bodies.
