Cindy was a professional ballet dancer for over 20 years and attributes her long career to her Pilates practice. Passionate to share the power of Pilates, she became fully certified with Balanced Body University in 2017 and was an instructor in San Francisco, California before relocating to Grand Rapids.
Pilates Superpower: Generating strength through graceful and fluid movement, while creating awareness of the importance of breathing, Cindy delivers a workout that demands an encore.
Fun fact: Utilizing her Pilates knowledge to power through pregnancy, she was able to return to the stage as a professional ballerina just 5 short months after having her first child.
